Clients have access to our HomeNAS Community, where they can share questions, answers and discussions with our team and other HomeNAS users.

Our extended maintenance and monitoring contract includes Hard Drive Replacement Insurance.  If a drive begins to show signs of possible failure, we will ship you a replacement drive to swap out and return the problem drive to us.
